Graham Downey is the lead guitar player and primary songwriter for Skyraid. Early in his youth, Graham discovered a deep love for 80s hard rock and heavy metal that inspired him to learn guitar and start his own band. Wherever he performs, he has a firm belief that the live shows should be as much about the stage action as it is about the music. Sporting flashy retro outfits and embodying a whole different persona on stage, Graham aims for his performances to be memorable and to get people talking. A Skyraid show is never complete without an appearance of the executioner wielding his trusty axe guitar.
