We are a punk cover band hailing from Winnipeg. For the past 6 years we’ve been entertaining audiences with punk covers from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. We’ve had the privilege of playing with numerous local and out of town acts including DOA, Good Riddance, Personality Crisis, SNFU, Off With Their Heads, Teenage Head, The Nailheads and the Dayglo Abortions.
The band consists of Dave L’Heureux on bass and vocals, Twist on guitar and vocals, Marty Chatrin on drums and vocals and Mickey Kot on triangle and lead vocals.Our live performances are loud, frenzied, with plenty of audience participation!! If it’s too loud, turn it up !!Cheers,The Murder Birds
