Started shooting bands around 2012 in Vancouver after a coworker asked if I could capture their band at Joe’s Apartment on Granville I knew I enjoyed this. After a few years, showing up every weekend, took home Best Local Live Vancouver Photographer in 2015. Moved back to Winnipeg in 2018 and retired the cameras for a bit but after supporting Mom on her battle with cancer, she pushed hard before losing her fight, that I invest in new gear and seek out the vision I had, making a difference with a camera in hand. My mission is to help bands realize their dream, photo or video and I know I have a solid place to come from helping them develop their EPK, music video or photoshoot to promote their dreams. This nomination is amazing and I thank everyone for getting me involved with this. Let’s go 2023 and into the future! Cheers 🙂
