Despite growing up from a young age with a severe hard of hearing disability, Dylan has developed a burning passion for music. With a grab bag of writing influences spanning alternative genres including deathcore, metalcore, and pop punk, Dylan first entered into the Winnipeg music scene in 2013 with local deathcore heavy hitters Commencing Human Desperation, releasing a full length and an EP (2013/2015). Since then he has joined metalcore troupe Planeshifter to release an EP (2019), and made several cover show appearances (Neck Deep 2019, Bullet For My Valentine 2022). Priding himself on being a self proclaimed “gear nerd”, Dylan uses his knowledge of modern day live audio and digital equipment to push his bands’ live performances to the next level.
