Joining Sunbreather in early 2024, James had big shoes to fill on the low end. Luckily, his years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist allowed him to comfortably slip in to being the bassist the band needed most. Combining influences of soul, hard rock, and funk into his playing, his flexibility in any genre and quick-to-learn nature comes through in his adaptability and skill on stage, no matter what happens. Adding on his reliably funky grooves and woofing bass lines, James is well-suited for the title “Bassist of the Year”.
